១. ការទទួលយក1. Acceptance
ការចូលប្រើ និងការប្រើប្រាស់កម្មវិធីនេះ គឺអាស្រ័យលើការទទួលយក និងការអនុលោមរបស់អ្នកចំពោះលក្ខខណ្ឌទាំងនេះ។ ការចូលគណនី បញ្ជាក់ថាអ្នកជាអ្នកប្រើប្រាស់ដែលមានការអនុញ្ញាតពី GINBEC ឬស្ថាប័នដែលពាក់ព័ន្ធ។
Access to and use of this app is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these terms. Signing in confirms that you are a user authorized by GINBEC or an affiliated institution.
២. គណនីអ្នកប្រើប្រាស់2. User accounts
អ្នកមានទំនួលខុសត្រូវលើការការពារពាក្យសម្ងាត់របស់អ្នក និងសកម្មភាពទាំងអស់ដែលកើតឡើងក្រោមគណនីរបស់អ្នក។ សូមជូនដំណឹងដល់អ្នកគ្រប់គ្រងភ្លាមៗ ប្រសិនបើអ្នកសង្ស័យថាមានការចូលប្រើដោយគ្មានការអនុញ្ញាត។
You are responsible for protecting your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify your administrator immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
៣. ការប្រើប្រាស់ដែលអាចទទួលយកបាន3. Acceptable use
អ្នកយល់ព្រមមិនប្រើប្រាស់សេវាដោយខុសច្បាប់ មិនព្យាយាមរំខានដល់ ប្រតិបត្តិការ ឬចូលដំណើរការទិន្នន័យដែលអ្នកមិនមានសិទ្ធិមើល។ ការកក់ ឯកសារ និងការទំនាក់ទំនង ត្រូវតែទាក់ទងនឹងសកម្មភាពស្របច្បាប់របស់ GINBEC។
You agree not to use the service unlawfully, not to attempt to disrupt operations, or to access data you are not authorized to view. Bookings, documents, and communications must relate to legitimate GINBEC activities.
៤. មាតិកា4. Content
មាតិកាដែលអ្នកដាក់ស្នើ (ប្រធានបទកិច្ចប្រជុំ មតិយោបល់ ឯកសារ) ត្រូវតែអនុលោមតាមច្បាប់នៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា និងគោលនយោបាយរបស់ស្ថាប័ន GINBEC។ GINBEC មានសិទ្ធិលុបមាតិកា ដែលរំលោភបំពានស្តង់ដារទាំងនេះ។
Content you submit (meeting topics, comments, documents) must comply with the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia and the policies of GINBEC. GINBEC reserves the right to remove content that violates these standards.
៥. ភាពអាចប្រើបាននៃសេវា5. Service availability
យើងព្យាយាមផ្តល់សេវាជាបន្តបន្ទាប់ ប៉ុន្តែកម្មវិធីអាចមិនអាចប្រើបាន ជាបណ្តោះអាសន្ន សម្រាប់ការថែទាំ ឬដោយសារកាលៈទេសៈដែលហួសពីការគ្រប់គ្រងរបស់យើង។ GINBEC មិនទទួលខុសត្រូវចំពោះការខាតបង់ដែលកើតពីការរំខានបែបនេះទេ។
We strive to provide continuous service, but the app may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or due to circumstances beyond our control. GINBEC is not liable for losses arising from such interruptions.
