- Account information: name, email, role, and department provided by your institution.
- Usage data: meetings you create or join, notifications, and documents you upload.
- Push notification token: when you enable notifications, Firebase Cloud Messaging (a Google service) processes a device token to deliver notifications to your device.
- Device information: limited diagnostic data to keep the app stable.

We use your information to operate the app, schedule meetings, send notifications, and improve service quality. We do not sell or rent personal data to third parties.

Your data is stored on secure servers managed by GINBEC. The token on your device is kept in your phone's encrypted secure storage. Backups follow GINBEC's IT policy.

Information is shared only with authorized GINBEC users on a need-to-know basis, for meetings, scheduling, and inspection. To deliver push notifications, device tokens are processed by Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google LLC). We may disclose information when required by law.

- To request data deletion, contact your administrator.
កុមារChildren
កម្មវិធីនេះមានបំណងសម្រាប់អ្នកប្រើប្រាស់ពេញវ័យ (ព្រះសង្ឃ គ្រូបង្រៀន និងបុគ្គលិក)។ យើងមិនប្រមូលទិន្នន័យពីកុមារដោយចេតនាឡើយ។
This app is intended for adult users (monks, teachers, and staff). We do not knowingly collect data from children.
ការផ្លាស់ប្តូរChanges
យើងអាចធ្វើបច្ចុប្បន្នភាពគោលការណ៍នេះជាបន្តបន្ទាប់។ ការផ្លាស់ប្តូរសំខាន់ៗនឹងត្រូវបានជូនដំណឹងតាមរយៈកម្មវិធី ឬតាមអ៊ីមែល។
We may update this policy from time to time. Significant changes will be notified through the app or by email.
